Put your forms on your own domain

Share forms at forms.yourcompany.com/quote-request instead of a random link. One DNS record, the certificate handled for you.

  • One CNAME record
  • Readable link per form
  • Old links keep working

Sign up free, no card. Custom domains are part of Pro: $29/month, or $25 billed yearly.

  1. Add your subdomain under Settings → Domains, for example forms.yourcompany.com.
  2. Add one CNAME record at your domain provider, pointing it at Nextforms with the proxy off.
  3. Wait for Connected, usually within minutes, sometimes a few hours. Then give each form its own short link.

A form link says something about who sent it. forms.nextforms.com/HNXk0f8JiqNRtzCW says a tool. forms.yourcompany.com/quote-request says you: it gets clicked more, fits on a business card, and survives being read out over the phone.

The certificate is issued and renewed for you; there is nothing to buy, upload or rotate.

Once the domain is connected, every form can get a custom link: a short name you choose, unique on your domain.

  • forms.yourcompany.com/quote-request
  • forms.yourcompany.com/apply
  • forms.yourcompany.com/feedback

The original link keeps working, so a rename never breaks a link already printed or sent.

Your domain everywhere the form goes

Your first domain becomes the team’s default, so share links, QR codes and embed codes switch to it, and link previews show your domain instead of ours. Up to three subdomains per team, so an agency or a multi-brand company can keep each brand on its own address.

Subdomains only, on purpose: pointing a bare domain like yourcompany.com at a form tool would replace your website.

Good for

Client-facing intake and quote forms, applications printed on posters or flyers, and anything a customer might forward to someone else.
